2. Service Description

PrimeCabs provides transportation services, including but not limited to, local rides, outstation trips, airport transfers, and corporate travel services.

3. Booking and Cancellation

When you make a booking with PrimeCabs, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Cancellation policies vary by service type:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup: Full refund
  • Cancellations made 12-24 hours prior to scheduled pickup: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to scheduled pickup: No refund

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of PrimeCabs services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when making bookings
  • Treat drivers and vehicles with respect
  • Not engage in any illegal activities while using our services
  • Pay all applicable fees and charges
  • Be at the pickup location at the scheduled time

5. Payment Terms

Payment can be made through the website or app using credit/debit cards, UPI, or other approved payment methods. For cash payments, the full amount must be paid to the driver at the end of the journey. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, tolls, or changes to the original booking.

6. Limitation of Liability

PrimeCabs strives to provide reliable services but does not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services.

7. Personal Information

By using PrimeCabs services, you consent to our collection and use of personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Modifications to Terms

PrimeCabs reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
